Being underweight is something that plagues many individuals. Unfortunately, not everyone who is underweight asks for it. It is just something that happens. Perhaps they have a genetic predisposition for it or they are simply so busy in their lives that they don’t eat enough.
The BMI chart can also be used as a tool to help an individual gain weight when they need to. They get an idea of how much weight they can gain.
When weight is gained, everything feels better. An individual feels healthier and even looks healthier. It is also a good idea to use the chart to maintain that weight.
